-
To arouse interest among stakeholders in the pursuit of knowledge, the acquisition of skills, and the attainment of excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
-
The IQAC has, time to time, adopted the quality parameters set by statutory agencies such as the UGC, NAAC, State Government and the University and used them to assess and assure that quality is maintained.
Members of the IQAC have been carefully chosen to provide effective and good representation at the College staff council, as well as representation of the Commerce, Computer Science, and Science faculties. As a result of the dean faculties and administrative authorities, planning and decision-making have been easier and smoother, and implementation has grown more efficient.
We view the teacher as the centre of all college activities, academic and otherwise, and thus ensuring teachers' advancement aids in quality assurance. Teachers are given supervisory responsibilities for co-curricular, extra-curricular, and extension programs. This is why committees are formed. It's worth noting that these committees are meticulously assembled to guarantee that, when leadership changes, important experienced members remain constant, ensuring high performance levels. Teachers have been able to participate in quality sustenance as a result of this decentralization. Over time, this experience has aided in the development of a fairly reliable and efficient system.

Quality Initiatives
Introduction
The Institution's IQAC has the opportunity to receive input from a variety of stakeholders and make modifications to the entire process in order to attain academic excellence. Throughout the school year, it organizes regular meetings with stakeholders. The first meeting takes place at the start of the academic session and aims to carry out the session's institutional action plan. This action plan was devised during the previous session's final meeting. The IQAC's second meeting takes place in the middle of the session and is used to assess how far the action plan has been implemented. The third meeting is held at the end of the session to discuss the action plan's successful implementation and to sketch out a tentative action plan for the following session. It meets as and when it is required to deal with the institution's quality initiative.
The IQAC is charged with guaranteeing complete quality management by bringing innovations and necessary modifications in order to attain excellence, devising and implementing effective strategies for their execution, and monitoring institutional quality issues.

The college's Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is largely concerned with internal quality. The IQAC has been charged by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with improving college quality. The IQAC's major goal is to investigate rather than criticize college processes in order to provide quality to all stakeholders. Recognizing the importance of Internal Quality Assurance Systems (IQAS), the IQAC has worked to systemize methods for quality improvement over the years. The IQAC also believes that quality-improvement efforts should be decentralized rather than nodal, with numerous activity heads chosen and each team implementing its own activities. The college IQAC quality policy for all stakeholders is ‘inclusion through participation’. This policy ensures that all the stakeholders, mainly the staff and the students involve themselves in all activities of the college during their tenure.
