Health is cleanliness and cleanliness is one of the main defenses against diseases, whether contagious or self-generated. Hygiene is a set of practices performed to preserve health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), “Hygiene refers to conditions and practices that helps to maintain health and prevent the spread of diseases”. Personal hygiene refers to maintaining the body's cleanliness. Maintaining cleanliness is also important for our self-confidence, physical and emotional well-being.

THE OBJECTIVES OF HEALTH AND HYGIENE CLUB ARE:

To create awareness about the health status of the members of the staff and students in the campus.

To provide counseling for the various health problems of the respondents by a team of doctors.

GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE HABITS INCLUDE
