Functions of IQAC

Functions of IQAC:

  1. IQAC was set up in 12th June 2018. The main function of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the college.
  2. It constitutes committees for smooth functioning of academic, administrative, and financial activities.
  3. It coordinates with all stakeholders at various levels: through informal interaction, official meetings, feedback system, etc.
  4. IQAC undertakes academic and administrative auditing by internal committees.
  5. Its main objective is to plan and implement quality initiatives and evaluate the same.
  6. It analyses the feedback received from all stakeholders and informs the person concerned about its outcome for improvement.
  7. It also appreciates, encourages, and provides support required by all staff for their quality sustenance and improvement in teaching, research and administration.
  8. To intervene and guide departments as needed in order to improve quality. Creating and implementing quality benchmarks and parameters. 
  9. Examining each department's results, syllabi covered, and timetable adherence in depth.
