The Training and Placement Cell of the Sai College grooms guides and helps the students in their search for a good career. The Training and Placement Cell of Sai College has succeeded in attracting some of the top corporate /Companies to the college campus for talent. The Department is equipped with all the required facilities for the recruitment process such as seminar hall for company presentations, group discussions, videoconferencing facilities, interview and Discussion rooms, Computer Labs with Internet facilities to conduct fair and transparent talent search to recruit good quality graduates positions.

Conventional approaches and adherence to traditions do not hold water inconstantly volatile and turbulent scenarios. Given these conditions, rightly enterprise and corporates are constantly looking for such human resources who are adeptand yet adaptive.
